The Service allows you to create content, generate content by interacting with AI, and share notes, lists, and plugins with others via public links or invitations. You are fully responsible for the content you create and share, and for ensuring it does not violate these Terms or applicable law.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Any user may use the "Report" feature next to content to flag spam, harassment, pornography, violence, hate speech, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate content.
All reports are reviewed. Content found to violate these Terms will be removed or taken down within twenty-four (24) hours of the report, and depending on severity we may warn the publisher, restrict their sharing features, or terminate their account. We also reserve the right to proactively remove any violating content.
The Service and its original content, features, and design are our property and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Service. However, you grant us the right to use, copy, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Content produced by the AI features of the Service is generated by machine learning models and may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or statements that are factually incorrect. AI-generated content is provided for reference only and does not constitute medical, legal, financial, investment, or any other professional advice. You should independently verify any AI-generated content before relying on it or using it externally. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from reliance on or use of AI-generated content.
The Service allows you to configure automated agents that act on instructions you write, triggered by schedules, incoming email, or other events, including creating and modifying content in your workspace and, with your explicit authorization, sending email in your name. Agent behavior is determined by the instructions and authorization scope you configure; you are responsible for the actions agents perform based on your configuration and for their results. The system may apply restrictions such as sending rate limits and reply-only constraints, but we do not guarantee the prevention of all unintended actions.
AI features are subject to credit or usage limits. When a limit is exceeded, the related features may be suspended or may require the purchase of additional usage to continue.
The Service offers optional integrations with third-party services (such as Google). When using such integrations, you must also comply with the third party's terms of service. The availability, content, and behavior of third-party services are the responsibility of the respective third party; we make no warranties regarding them and are not liable for damages arising from their interruption, modification, or termination. You may disconnect an integration at any time.
When you authorize the Service to perform actions in your name through an integration (for example, sending email from your email account), such actions are deemed your own, and you are responsible for their content and consequences.
The Service allows users to create plugins and to install plugins shared by other users. User-created plugins are not developed, reviewed, or endorsed by us; their quality, security, and behavior are the responsibility of their creators. You install and run any plugin voluntarily and at your own risk. We reserve the right to remove violating or harmful plugins at any time, but assume no obligation of proactive review.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Service in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the damage.

Please regularly export and keep your own backups of important data. In the event of data loss, we may attempt to restore data from existing backups; this constitutes our sole and entire obligation with respect to data loss, and we do not guarantee successful restoration.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Modified terms will be posted on the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
We reserve the right to terminate your account for any reason or no reason, including violation of these Terms of Service. After termination, your data may be deleted.
